    Pretty but a bad design fault

    A pretty pair of satin pumps but after only one wear of them the lower back fabric started to fray!? Even though I purchased them on sale I expected a bit more wear out of them, my first pair of shoes from this company and maybe my last.

If they are frayed on both sides, this could be considered a fault so please get in touch with customer service if you believe this is a manufacturing fault and not wear & tear :)
