    Nice boot...but

    A nice boot and wearable straight out of the box so no wearing in period necessary.

    I am disappointed however, that the lining to the back of the boot is not leather but a fabric. The MP boots of old were all leather so the longevity fantastic. I will have to wait and see how long it takes for the fabric backing takes to loosen or deteriorate. I have been drawn to MP in the past because of the high quality of design and materials and would rather pay a little more to get that however, if they start to cut corners and use inferior materials, I won't be a fan.

    Hey Yvonne,

    We have moved to using a stretch panel in the back of some boots as stretch leather is extremely inconsistent, can be very wrinkly and makes finishing a boot to the same dimension's every time very difficult. We have had very few quality issues with the use of this stretch material, and are able to ensure the fit is consistent.

    I work at Mi Piaci and got these as my go-to work boots. They are the best, super comfy to wear all day and super easy to style, can dress them down with pants or make them look more chic with a skirt.
