Gift Cards

Care Products

Please understand, we cannot guarantee the use of Mi Piaci care products on shoes made by other brands. It is our recommendation that Mi Piaci care products are used on Mi Piaci shoes only. Mi Piaci cannot be held liable for the results produced by using our care products on other shoe brands. Please note if you purchase a care product, they are non-refundable.

Shipping & Handling

The recipient of an order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and carrier-related fees. Please note, you may incurr these fees if your purchase is over NZ$1000.

Social Media Policy

While we do our very best to read and respond to as many comments as possible, please understand at times this may not be the case. If your enquiry is urgent or if you would like to discuss a matter further, please contact our Customer Care team and they will be able to assist.

If you tag any images with our brand social media handle, (@mi_piaci) you are voluntarily submitting the content and give Mi Piaci the unrestricted right to use, in any capacity without limitation and compensation.

Mi Piaci, in its complete discretion, reserves the right to remove posts it considered offensive, irrelevant, hurtful or spam. Promotion for commercial services will be removed unless prior permission has been received or the user is an official Mi Piaci partner.

Any personal information collected in connection with your review will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Typographical Errors

In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Mi Piaci reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. Mi Piaci will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
