Following the government's latest guidelines, we registered with the MBIE as a provider of essential goods and we’re glad to announce that select footwear can now be purchased online to keep you warm as the temperatures drop.
This includes items from the following categories: boots, flats, sneakers and care products.
We’ve created a list of products on our website for you to explore, purchase and be safely delivered following hygiene guidelines.
Our Distribution Centre is now open to fulfil orders of these essential items only, and we are following recommended guidelines to keep our team and customers safe and healthy.
- If you have an existing order of an essential item this will now be dispatched over the coming week. Please note that shipping on essential items may take longer than our typical shipping time frames.
- Any existing orders on non-essential items will be delivered once our Distribution Centre is permitted to be fully up and running, in line with lockdown levels.
- If you still want to purchase non-essential items, we invite you to shop online with us however please note they will only be delivered from Tuesday 28th April onwards in line with the government's recommendations for the COVID-19 Level 3 alert system.
