Want to return something purchased online?

If you're not happy with your online purchase, we happily offer a full refund or exchange (including sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To do so, simply post your order to our Distribution Centre or take it to one of our stores, along with your invoice or proof of purchase. Return postage is covered by the customer, but if you exchange the item for a different size or style we won't ask you to pay for shipping again.

If we cant provide you with an exchange, we'll issue you with a full refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within four working days of receipt of your order.
