Want to return something purchased online?
COVID UPDATE: You can continue to send your returns back to our Distribution Centre to have your return processed during lockdowns, however if you are unable to do this, we will be extending the returns timeframe to be 7 days after Level 2 restrictions are in place. For stores in regions that opened on 8.09.21, you will have until 15.09.21 to complete your return. We will specify the date for Auckland/Northland once stores can open again. In the meantime, our live chat and phone lines are open between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday, if you have any questions for our team.
If you're not happy with your online purchase, we happily offer a full refund or exchange (including sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note if you purchase our care products, this is final sale and is non-refundable.
To do so, simply post your order to our Distribution Centre or take it to one of our stores, along with your invoice or proof of purchase. Return postage is covered by the customer.
If we can't provide you with an exchange, we'll issue you with a full refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within four working days of receipt of your order.
