Want to return something purchased in store?

We will not be accepting any returns while NZ is within Level 4 or Level 3 COVID-19 restrictions. You will be able to return items to stores when your region moves to Level 2 restrictions. We will extend the returns timeframe to be 7 days after Level 2 restrictions are in place. For stores in regions that opened on 8.09.21, you will have until 15.09.21 to complete your return. We will specify the date for Auckland/Northland once stores can open again. In the meantime, you can continue to send your returns back to our Distribution Centre to have your return processed. Our live chat and phone lines are open between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday, if you have any questions for our team.

If you've changed your mind (it happens, we know) we'll happily give you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase – simply compete this returns form and return your item to any of our stores with proof of purchase. Sale items are a final sale (no refunds) although we do offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note we're unable to accept returned items if it has been worn or damaged after purchase. Please note if you purchase our care products, this is final sale and is non-refundable.
