Want to return something you purchased?
If you're not happy with your online purchase, we happily offer a full refund or exchange (including sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note if you purchase our care products, this is final sale and is non-refundable. 

 

Free returns in-store 

If you've changed your mind (it happens, we know) we'll happily give you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase – simply return your item to any of our stores with proof of purchase. Find your nearest store here.

Return via post for online orders

If you're not happy with your online purchase, we'll happily give you a full refund or exchange (including sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not attempt to send anything back to us without following this process. Make sure you have your tear off returns slip handy, find this at the bottom of the invoice you received with your order. If you no longer have this slip, please contact our customer care team here.

PLEASE NOTE: Can only be returned for a refund, not an exchange. You will be refunded the amount already paid, with any future payments being adjusted or cancelled.

• It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return depending on your location and which postal service you use. We recommend sending your parcel on a tracked service. All returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by our Distribution Centre.'

• Afterpay and Laybuy orders can only be returned for a refund, not an exchange. You will be refunded the amount already paid, with any future payments being adjusted or cancelled.

• Please note, care products are a final sale and cannot be returned.

• All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process the refund.
