THE TREND REPORT - APRIL 22

Seasonal Style Guides | Laura's Edit

From punctual patents to textured outsoles and statement silhouettes, Mi Piaci muse Laura Hadlow takes us through her most adored designs for the autumnal season.

"The Nora boot is a standout for me this season, I really like how the chunky sole contrasts with the soft pink hue. I suggest styling these with black leather pants & an oversized t-shirt. Although they are less of a classic boot, I think they are super fun and would last in my wardrobe for ages so this is definitely a trend I’m here for!"

"I love Nora in Vintage Cream Croc because they are so wearable yet such a statement. I’d either wear these with a black blazer dress or dress them down with some relaxed jeans and a singlet."

"The Carlotta knee-high boots are such an icon and have been around for many years! They transport me straight to a European Winter with the elegant design, I’d recommend pairing these with sheer tights, a short black skirt and a long coat or trench over top!"

"Bobby in Black is such a vibe, an ode to the 90’s! I love the chunky sole and soft leather upper for a slim fit that flatters the leg. I’d style these with a bias cut silk dress and a leather jacket. "

"I couldn’t decide between the cream or black Asha Boot because the style is just too perfect. I love the subtle western vibe and would play on this by styling them with relaxed denim & a crisp shirt tucked in."

"This design is a piece of art, I adore the electroplate silver insert in the heel that would catch the light perfectly for an evening look. Mira is so flattering on the leg when wearing a short skirt or dress!"

"The flared tread sole drew me to the Timon boot, I think they are the perfect black boot with a touch of design edge. I think Timon would look great with anything because they are a classic style with a twist which I’m sure would last a lifetime."
