Opening Our Online Doors
We thank you again for your continued love and loyalty during this difficult time. This is a situation unlike any of us have ever experienced before and your support means the world to every single one of our team members within our stores, Distribution Centre and Support Office.
Following the government's latest guidelines of the COVID-19 Level 3 alert system, we are happy to announce that our online store is now entirely open for you to shop and have your purchases safely delivered to your home. Please rest assured that hygiene practices of a high standard will be practised while packing orders and processing returns.
If it’s felt like some of our styles and sizes have been missing from our online store over the last few weeks, you are correct! We are pleased to announce that our full range is now available to explore online AND you can get free shipping - happy shopping!
Our Distribution Centre is now open to fulfil all online orders and we are following recommended health guidelines to keep our team and customers safe. Due to high demand, there may be a delay in shipping.
If you have an existing order of a non-essential item this will now be dispatched over the coming week. Please note that shipping may take longer than our typical shipping time frames initially as we get up and running again.
Our stores will remain closed while the country remains at alert level 3.
Returns:
We are now accepting returns to our Distribution Centre. If you are unable to send your return to our Distribution Centre, you will still be able to return your order once our stores can reopen. All purchases made between 9th March 2020 - 12th May 2020 will have an extended returns period until the 31st May 2020.
