We're In This Together | COVID-19 Update
As we navigate through these uncertain times, we want to pass along our positive thoughts to our employees, our customers, your families and the world. We also wanted to ensure that you are kept up to date with our actions surrounding COVID-19 and let you know that we are doing everything we can to keep our team and community safe.
People are at the heart of all that we do and now more than ever, we need to champion this. With the call for lock-down, all of our New Zealand stores, Support Office and Distribution Centre will be closing their doors on the 25th March for the foreseeable future and reopening once our country and community are safe.
We are still available to you online; our last dispatch will be 12 noon Wednesday 25th March so if you place an order before then, we will do our absolute best to get it to you before we close our Distribution Centre.
After 12 noon Wednesday 25th March, our online store will remain open, so you can shop as much as you want but please note shipping will be delayed until our Distribution Centre can reopen. If anything changes, you will be the first to know.
We are no longer accepting returns to our stores or our Distribution Centre but don’t worry, any purchases made from 9 March 2020 onward will have an extended returns period and you will be able to return your items post-lock-down.
